Captain K Shaukath Ali
Director
Capt. Shaukath Ali brings extensive leadership experience to Shaja Hospitality, with a strong
focus on hotel acquisition, refurbishment, and strategic operations. Formerly Senior Vice
President of the Skirvin Plaza Hotel in Oklahoma, he led its successful purchase and
revitalization, demonstrating his keen eye for hospitality asset development.
With a background in maritime management and over a decade as a travel agency director,
he combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism
sectors. His involvement in feasibility studies, hotel restructuring, and cross-border ventures
strengthens Shaja’s capabilities in navigating complex hospitality landscapes.
Jakaria Marican
Director
With over 30 years of hospitality experience, Jakaria co-founded Shaja Hospitality to bring strategic expertise in catering automation and hotel operations. He has led F&B,
housekeeping, and hotel pre-openings across Singapore, Uzbekistan, and Madinah—including launching a 300-room hotel. His broad operational knowledge continues to shape Shaja’s performance-driven approach.
Mihraj Beham
Director
With over 25 years of experience in finance, logistics, and hospitality, Mihraj Beham co-founded Shaja Hospitality to lead hotel management, financial planning, and operational strategy. She has a proven track record in driving cost efficiencies and optimizing operations across various projects. Mihraj has played a key role in hotel restructuring, conducting feasibility studies, and providing financial forecasting for clients. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led to a successful event planning business, managing over 200 weddings at her venue in Singapore. Known for bridging financial strategy with operational efficiency, Mihraj empowers hotel owners to build sustainable and resilient businesses.
